Octopus Junior uses the unique wrapping method of rotating the film carriage around the stationary pallet load which is the same principle that has made the Octopus wrapping machine world famous.
The Junior is designed to firmly secure the load to the pallet for transit purposes in the most economical way. The machine control panel is designed for the wrapper only with a separate panel used to control the conveyor system.
When machine is used as a free standing unit the panel can control up to three conveyors. The powered pre-stretch film carriage, “Dyna-Wrap” and a four bar heat sealing pad are standard features on the Junior. Load stabiliser and Easy Load film carriage are available as options. |
