Increased initial retained tension |

|

When BladeRunner is applied to all four corners of a brick cube, the initial retained tension is 11 percent higher than that of non-woven polyester. As a result, BladeRunner keeps cubes together minimizing downtime throughout the distribution process. |

Higher UV protection |

|

With UV protection built-in, BladeRunner is designed to withstand outdoor weather conditions during shipping and storage. In an accelerated weathering test comparing BladeRunner and non-woven polyester, BladeRunner showed no breakdown in material strength after over one year of testing, whereas some competitive materials lost over 65% of their strength in as little as 90 days. |

BladeRunner's unique design with horizontal ribbing allows it to fold evenly over the corners of a brick cube, providing improved tracking on uneven surfaces. BladeRunner can be custom printed with your company name or logo helping to identify brick loads and their origin. Unlike other substrates, BladeRunner is specially treated prior to printing allowing for the ink to adhere better, reducing the instances of scuffing and peeling during handling. |
