MH-VRB
The modular MH-VRB has an indexing strapping head which moves onto the side of the load during the strapping operations and a bayonet which passes through the pallet to secure palletised loads of products for shipment. The head stroke is 500mm, enabling a large variation in load sizes to be easily accommodated. The wide range of machine options available can satisfy most customers’ needs for their logistics centre shipping department throughput needs. Maximum uptime on the reliable MH equipment means products can be securely strapped and shipped on a 24 hour basis ensuring products reach end-users on time and in excellent condition. Cycle times vary deposing on machine chute size, pallet load size to be strapped, strap tension etc but a typical load can have a strap applied in 10-12 seconds.

Features and benefits
Compact Machine Design
The narrow design of the VRB machine body is only 580 mm at its widest point so this enables the Machine to be easily integrated into new and existing customer handling systems.
Small strapping bayonet dimensions
The electrically powered bayonet has a profile height of only 30mm so it can easily strap most pallet loads as it can accommodate a wide range of very different pallet types and designs.
Auto-Strap re-feed
Should any interruption occur during feeding or a strap misfeed the MH automatically rewinds the strap onto the strapping dispenser and then re-feeds the strap around the chute to complete the strapping cycle and maintain the high machine throughputs.
Low package capability
Highly flexible system to adapt to varying customer product sizes in one machine and equipped with a 500 mm head stroke the unit can cater for pallet loads as low as 350 mm including the pallet so can handle simple pallets, cages, ring type pallets etc.
Maximum Safety
The machine has full CE certification and can be supplied with machine safety guarding and also light guard options to suit most customer plants and national safety needs for maximum operator safety and protection.
